Online Safety
Redhill is a part of the National Online Safety Certified School Community Initiative.
NOS encourage schools to adopt a whole school community approach to online safety and reward them through their certified school status. The status is only achieved once a school demonstrates that a % of their parents, staff and pupils have completed the online safety training and can show they are active in promoting online safety in school and the community.
Both Redhill and the NOS strongly believe that raising awareness combined with education, through a joint approach between schools and the wider community, is the best school led approach to online safety. At Redhill we have been successful in achieving the NOS Certified Status for this academic year.
